About
Culture of Ready
Culture of Ready has helped churches experience God when many least expect it: during a capital campaign or generosity initiative.

GET READY
Resourcing vision through generosity for churches and faith-based organizations for over 25 years...
Motivated by a heart for ministry, Doug Turner and the Culture of Ready team develop a campaign experience that is unique to the culture of the church. More than fundraising tactics, spiritual disciplines of prayer and discernment not only maximize your financial potential but also create a quality of decision-making to grow the faith of the giver.
The experience results in grace-filled giving as individuals wrestle with the biblical principles of generosity.
While being a confidante and coach to pastors, Culture of Ready engages the volunteer leadership to understand the power of a vision fully resourced. While our experience gives unparalleled background, a forward-thinking approach also means a fresh, innovative venture for the church.
Having helped churches of all sizes, Doug Turner has worked with national ministry leaders as well as churches that are known primarily for their presence and service in their local communities.
6 Values for a Generosity Campaign
Stewardship is part of our identity in Christ. Generosity is never simply an activity but grows out of our identity as a Christ follower.
To communicate thoroughly so everyone will have opportunity to understand the decision-making process. Response will come from a place of deep understanding and not simply a surface rationale.
To challenge everyone to engage spiritually first and foremost. A profoundly spiritual experience should take place before anyone commits financially to your vision. In other words, for individuals to experience God in the process, shaping the commitment experience.
To create a safe place for people to process their involvement. Encourage openness for an environment conducive to asking questions.
To ask each person to determine God’s Will in this vision campaign proportionate to his/her ability to give.
That no one will give under duress or pressure. Everyone who gives should experience great joy as a result.
