Our process is a platform for vision and ministry, not simply buildings and resources. People will develop a greater understanding in your “why” as well as the “what.” People will be mobilized for ministry. As a result, God animates vision.
Culture Assessment
Our culture assessment is an effective tool to gauge congregational or institutional readiness for any campaign effort. We bring over 30 years of experience to this conversation. When we ask the question, "Are you ready?", our culture assessment will give us the answer.
Leadership Readiness
Our goal is to mobilize volunteers for vision ownership. We know this: if you want an efficient campaign, you run it through your staff only. If you want an effective campaign, staff will help catalyze involvement through volunteers.
Leadership Coaching
Doug has worked with many of our most influential pastors through the years. He will walk with you in the ever-changing challenge of ministry in the local church. He will help you find a leadership model based on your gifts so you are effective in ministry, without laying everything else in life on the altar of busyness.
Capital Campaigning
Capital campaigns are a spiritual process, discerning God's will, as people respond to a clear call to action for a future vision. Having assisted churches to raise over $1.5 billion, Doug's counsel has influenced over 500 churches to maximize their financial potential, but more importantly, to experience God in the journey. In other words, this is so much more than just raising money.
Financial Leader training
Financial leaders are challenged to not only give to meet a need but give because we all need to give. In particular, leadership giving creates momentum to catalyze generosity in others. Our training will disciple financial leaders to grow in the grace of giving, as well as influence others in the principles of stewardship.

About Doug
Doug Turner is passionate about helping congregations realize the unique call God has for your church. Before Doug started A Culture of Ready, he served as a senior pastor and President of RSI Stewardship, the pioneer organization helping churches fund vision and ministry.
Doug served as a pastor in local churches in Texas and Georgia, serving as the founding pastor of Peachtree Corners Baptist Church. He served as president at RSI for six of his 17 years there.
Doug’s campaign work has garnered over $1.5 billion committed to the organizations served. He and his wife Jill live in Eatonton, Georgia. They have four children and two granddaughters
